I came in around 9:35 on 11/11/23 whilst on my way to work. I was greeted by the happiest guy I have ever witnessed to work on a Saturday, and another girl by his side cracking jokes. The service I received was nothing short of exceptional in the 2 minutes I was inside the store. As a current Starbucks employee, I’d rather pay for my coffee here and receive their service, than get the free coffee from work. They really set me in a good mood after having a terrible morning. Visited here to grab a box of mixed flavour donuts at 11am before I was due to leave Manchester. The donuts were nice and up to their usual standards. Only disappointing thing was that they were out of stock so early in the day for some of the staple flavours like the choc icing with sprinkles which is my favourite and the main one I went for. I’d expect them to be ready for demand on those staple flavours for most of the day at least.
Needed something cold and sweet and was recommended iced mocca with hazelnut syrup and whipped cream. This was really nice for my travels and the doughnuts were nice and soft too. Thank you to the lady which served me as she was really helpful with the choice and so was the one making the drinks.
Delicious food and drinks we had the raspberry croissant, some delicious donuts! and fudge frappe. Staff were so lovely. James is a credit to the team! will definitely be visiting again when back in manchester!
