Central and Rock Dunkin knows what they are doing! Despite having issues of being less staffed they will keep up as best as they can and always are pleasant to their customers

Lori, Lauran, or Loura? I will never come to another Dunkin again if all your general managers are ANYTHING like her! The way she treats the customers and openly verbally abuses her crew in front of customers is not just disturbing, it's DISGUSTING! I just hope that the employees underneath her know THEY HAVE THE RIGHT NOT TO BE TREATED THAT WAY BY MANAGEMENT

I have visited several Dunkin In the Wichita area. But the 364 N. Rock Road store was rude. You have to tell them your there for a mobile order. Was given excuses and watch several customers taken care of that ordered after me both inside and drive thru. It is easy to say I will not return to this location.

I ordered 3 vanilla creme's, 1 blueberrie cake, and 2 different chocolate cake donuts, they were out of the vanilla creme's and the blueberry, so I had them give me a variety of different ones, and the Boston creme they gave me didn't even have any creme filling!

LOVE me some Dunkin. Sometimes service here isn't the friendliest, but hey, we all have bad days!! I usually LOVE the coffee, but sometimes it does taste a bit burnt...other than that I 100% recommend this Dunkin and the Charlie Cold Brew Cold Foam is a must try! Very yummy!!
