Dunkin'-Central Ave

I already knew Dunkin Donuts made the best iced coffee, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their espresso beverages. I enjoyed a delicious Americano before church today.

I ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte. They only filled it half way. I asked them to fill it up all the way and they filled it with whipped cream. I've had many bad drinks made here. I 100% recommend just going across the street to Starbuck or 7brew. I will not be coming back.

Just left there. The person that took my order was nice and enthusiastic. The person that gave me my order was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. She literally did not acknowledge me. I said good morning she gave me a demeaning grimace took my card handed me my food and did not say a word to me. The way she even gave me my order felt like she was just throwing it at me.

Definately a 1 star. I ordered donuts and they're all melted. I ordered today and the bagel is wrong, and my hashbrowms were musher than mashed potatoes.

manager Ally is nasty, rude, condescending and disrespectful every time she takes my order. Can’t believe she hasn’t got fired yet and is currently allowed to work there. The coffee is great but that nasty female makes it not worth it. Gonna start going to Starbucks now.
