Service is up and down. Have had excellent service, but have also had very poor service. The food taste is consistent, but have had a handful of times that the order is wrong. The iced coffee drinks are very inconsistent. Sometimes they are sweet and flavorful, other times they are bitter and you can barely taste the flavor you chose.

Everytime I go in its always clean,the service is quick,even if you take along time to decide they help by describing what kind of food it is before you order,smiles I see smiles all the time on their faces! It seems like this place got better since new management came along. I will Definitely come back!

first of all, i had to repeat my basic order multiple and then i still received the wrong drink AFTER i paid and then go i assume was the manager of this establishment, gave me a ton of attitude for absolutely no reason…take the bitter energy somewhere else and be more kind to your customers if you want them to return!!! horrible service !!!!

They subbed the bagel bites without asking us first. They were COLD. And inedible. The coffee was amazing 😍🤩 but they were out of donuts and multiple people walked out because of this. The lady that helped us was very friendly.

Disgusting. Absolutely filthy. 9:30 on a Saturday morning. The floor is a mess, every table is dirty, garbages overflowing, and moldy drink cooler. Orders stacked up with no one knowing who they belong to. The owner should be appalled.
