Dunkin'

This is honest to god the absolute worst DD I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and the service has been consistently awful. Every trip lasts a minimum of 10 to 20 minutes, regardless of the number of people in line, the time of day, the day of the week, and whether you’re in store or in the drive-thru. I’m not sure if this is a staff issue or management issue, but it is one of the most poorly run franchises. Sometimes when I go through the drive thru, there will be no line and I will pull up to the microphone, and I will sit there for 5 minutes before someone answers me. I hope this is addressed in the near future.

I asked one of the male employee dated 11/16/24 around 8:25 am to heat up my donut he simply refused

I’m only giving them a 4 not for service, but because I went in there today, and automatically turned into a puddle of water. It was blazing hot in there. N the workers are ruthless, working and sweating to death. I know it’s hot in November, but dag. Thank you though.

Can my donut get some respect. They just throw it in a bag no paper chocolate stuck to the bag. How you gonna do me like this. 🥹🍩🤷🏿‍♂️ the ice coffee always on point tho.

I like DD, but don't waste your money on the warm cinnamon roll at this location. I don't know if its this location or the franchise fault. All I know is, this thing was nasty. It has to be warm! I watched them pull out this pre wrapped frozen tray of cinnamon rolls that looks like they bought it from Costco's. It tasted like warm under cooked bread dough with cinnamon and a teaspoon smear of cream cheese. Nothing close to the picture. Talk about something that went down hard and is just sitting in my stomach like a thick blob.
