Booked a home collection, the lady on the phone was professional and service prompt. However the quality of the cleaning was poor. The tux sent for dry cleaning was returned back looking worst than it was before, the ironing seemed to be too hard and chemicals used appear to be harsh, quality is not worth the cost.

Very impolite staff. So-called manager closed the phone in my face because I asked too many questions. Unbelievable. I can only guess that the quality of their service is as poor as the representatives.
