Dry Pro Foundation and Crawlspace Specialists

I rarely write short reviews, this will not be an exception. For the TL;DR crowd, I had a great experience with Dry Pro. I got a full encapsulation of my crawl space with Dry Pro. I did my research ahead of time and knew exactly what and why I wanted this done. Then I spent some time comparing and looking over reviews and decided to go with Dry Pro for quality, and I was not disappointed. I scheduled the evaluation online and had an appointment within a week. Then two weeks later work started. I have a large ranch house with 70 or 15 years of cobwebs depending on which section of the house you are under. It was a big project but they knocked it out in a week. Gone is the fiberglass insulation where all the mice were nesting and subsequently, gone are all the snakes as well. The crawl space almost looks like a laboratory clean room now. The day they finished, the crawl space humidity was over 65%. Within a day it was below 55%. A week later it is below 50%, even though the area has averaged almost 70% humidity. This means two things, 1) the dehumidifier they installed, set at 55%, has not needed to run lately and 2) the seals are extremely tight. Well done. About the crew (Randall, Corey G., Isaiah K., and Josiah P.) were extremely professional and polite. They texted every morning to alert me to their arrival time. The briefed me every afternoon on the work progress and informed me about any issues that they saw. And they worked their tails off doing a great job. Well done. I only submitted a picture of the crawlspace monitor I received to show the results. The website is filled with pictures of their work and my crawlspace looks just like the pics, so, truth in advertising. My highest recommendations.

We had foundation work done on our house and everyone involved was professional, friendly, and explained everything from start to finish. The quote was fair and broken down for each part of the job. The work was scheduled quickly and the team arrived on time. Iliyan, Watts, and Cody got everything done same day and were very thorough and stayed until I understood everything.

Andrew, Cody and Louisa were very professional, quick and displayed exceptional customer service. They went beyond my expectations by being considerate of my property, ensuring I was completely satisfied with their work and treating the project as if it was their own. I have no more trip hazards because of the different levels in the concrete and no longer concerned I might get cut from the edge of the driveway crack. It is difficult to capture the work that was done but the driveway was approximately 3 inches lower than my garage floor. It is amazing to see how a cracked driveway can be "adjusted" instead of replacing cracked sections. This was less expensive and less disruptive than replacing the driveway. I would recommend anyone to consider Dry-Pro as an option instead of replacing cracked and sunken concrete. Great Job.

Everyone I have talked to or dealt with at Dry Pro has been professional, courteous and customer focused. From my initial call to the company all the way through to the installation crew. I have been very impressed the whole time. I appreciate the communication from Greg Van Pelt, my sales rep. I had a family member pass away during the process of getting paperwork signed. Greg was understanding and helpful. The install crew did a great job! One young man even followed up with a small item after the install and did a great job of tidying up the wires around the pump and battery backup.

I'm 67 years old and this is one of the very few times in my life I feel I've gotten my money's worth out of a service!! The crew, Randall Dumas, Cory Green, Ethan Williams, and Zyan Truesdale was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant/personable to work with. I am very happy with the quality all around.
