I went it with a Spc request on a gown. I needed done asap. The evening staff is who attended me and let me know they would do their best. And I was very pleased with their results plus honesty and attention to my matter. Happy customer.

I took some clothes for heavy starch and they barely had any starch. Very upset, called they don’t answer and when they did they hung up! So upset!! Company is a big ripoff! I’m goin to never ever come back and also spread the word! The two ladies were rude to begin with, I don’t recommend this place at all! I only put one star just to post. If you weren’t for that. I wouldn’t have even picked a star. So pathetic

The best dry cleaning experience I've had in Midland. Convenient to my house, but hit or miss on ironing and removing minor stains.

Over the course of the last year, we have taken clothing to Dry Clean Super Center several times a month. Unfortunately, they have ruined several pieces of clothing in that timeframe. This last trip will be our last. I took a collard button down in to be laundered and pressed only to receive it back with a hole and it looked dirtier than when I dropped it off. When I took the shirt in to bring it to their attention, I was met with an explanation of “nothing on our machines would cause this” and “the woman who has worked here for 40 years has said this can’t happen and the shirt looked like it was getting up there in age and that happens.” The shirt is just a year or so old and has only ever been dry cleaned. After the rude customer service, poor cleaning and lack of attention to damage we will no longer be returning.
