Great service and very professional. Attendant knew what he was doing

I was there at 31. March (a Wednesday) and they were officially open. (not only on Google maps but also based on what was on their door) They were two workers inside, (one male and one female) but the door was closed. I told the male worker that I need just one simple page printed (which was on a flash drive and would take basically two second) and it's really important for an exam that I have tomorrow morning and all the other copy shops are closed. (which was the case) All he did was lying about "Neue Corona-Regelungen ab Montag " (new Corona regulations from Monday) and he told me because of the new rules not only him but also every copy shop can't print for me. This was obviously a lie and not the case. Hopefully I figured it out with the printing and I will never come back to this place. There's another copyshop right in that area which is so much better with nicer staff. I can't believe the staff here don't care about students while they're located in Uni-Center. Very unprofessional and unfriendly.

I have printed my master's thesis at this copy shop. They allow booking a time lot in advance such that the shop is not too full. Their booking service works very well and is very flexible. The clerks are very nice and friendly, and they take time to listen to their customers.

People working are very helpful. They listen to your suggestions. And most importantly they do speak English so for non-german speaker it is quite helpful.

I had to print my Bachelor Thesis. The price was very fair and it was done in about 45 minutes which is really quite fast. I had a wrong date on my front page and they helped me correct it as cheaply as possible. I will go there again for my Masters.
