Soreness on the chalves and shoulders was relieved within 10mins after the muscles were attended to. Superb and just booked another appointment. Look Hopefully the relief lasts long. For now, I'm looking forward to a good night rest without the nagging sore. Grateful!

This place should be avoided. They ask for all your personal info (including NRIC / Passport) and then want you to give them permission to use this data in any way they want. This is dangerous for any individual who doesn't read the T&Cs properly before signing!!!

Wanted to inquire regarding one of my suspected sprained muscles. Rather than probing further in my concerns (and also, might even give me a formal physical assessment - hey, I don't mind paying for a consult) -- The person at the reception intercepted me and just said "It's recommended that you rest that muscle and come back after a few weeks to get your massAge". No other recommendation, no further inquiry, disinterested, dismissive, apathetic.

Last year I injured my Abductor playing football and I thought it was recovering and went to play Hockey and injured my achilles on left leg !! Was frustrated and upset at the slow progress of recovery and my friend told me to go to Dr Stretch and they will be able to help. I was abit unsure but he strongly recommended so I booked a session at Novena and I was assigned to senior trainer Nabilah and was the best decision I made. After the first session I started feeling better and decided to go regularly every week, my whole body was realigned and healed over time and I have fully overcome the injuries and back to playing sports. The trainers are extremely skilled, patient and very knowledgeable and after every session I always walk away feeling better, strongly recommend it to anyone !!
