Rooms are okay. But service is very Bad. Charging extra on MRP for water bottle. Free breakfast is purchased from a street vendor. I request not to eat as it contains bad oil. I need to call several times for a water bottle, towels, and tea. I give suggestions for staying only.

Very misleading. A very dirty area...very smelly. Very noisy.rooms are bad.the room above shower water was leaking big in my room. The outside is so filthy and noisy . There is a dirty river next to it...mechanics and panel beater working in the same compound. Only positive...lots of restaurants around. Not a place to stay...do yourself a favour. Don't fall in trap of near embassy... the other positive reviews are so doubtful

I chose this place to stay solely because this property is closer to the US Consulate and the Bombay Airport terminal 2. I checked in on 12th Nov late night around 11:10PM, I had requested for a complimentary late checkout(this is also listed under terms and conditions on my booking inside MMT)to the staff who was present at the time of my check-in, he informed me that it’s subject to availability and he will confirm this in the morning. I made this request as my interview at the embassy was scheduled for 10:50am and I wouldn’t be able to check out at 11 the receptionist on duty mentioned that if there are no bookings they’d be able to make the complimentary checkout if not there’d be a charge of 800 for late checkout. I then spoke to the same person the next morning at 8:00am during my tea to ask whether there are bookings and he confirmed there are no bookings and I can avail the complimentary late checkout. I finish my interview and come back to the hotel at 12:50 only to find out there’s new receptionist who says I have to pay 800 and he tried calling me to ask about check out etc. I had to argue with him about my conversation with the other staff whose shift possibly ended by the time I reached the hotel and there has been no internal communication between the hotel staff about my complimentary late check-out. This person was adamant, rude about the 800 and says it’s not his problem. They should have a basic hand off when the shift changes so that such things don’t happen. He wasn’t even ready to ring up the other receptionist to confirm about our conversation and he also lied on the intercom to me saying there are guests waiting at the reception for a room and he couldn’t allocate them a room because my phone wasn’t reachable but I noticed there were no guests waiting. All this could’ve been avoided with a simple handoff between the hotel staff or the person who spoke to me should’ve simply mentioned I have to pay for an extension if there was a real booking from other guests as I’d clearly mentioned everything about my interview to the other staff & I won’t be carrying my phone as it’s not allowed inside etc. It’s not really about paying; these guys take us for granted and don’t set the right expectation. The guy also denies the complimentary late check out that’s mentioned in MMT he simply points at the notice in the hotel and asks for 800 if this is how they wanna run their business they shouldn’t take bookings via MMT. The room is equipped with A TV A medium sized bed that didn’t look like a queen; ideal for one adult and one child. Accommodating 2 adults would be a bit of a struggle. An air conditioner The washroom wasn’t cleaned properly after the previous checkout which was a let down. An Average tea and breakfast (4idlies served with watery coconut chutney) paid ₹90 for both together. Overall it was a bad experience and I would probably pay a little more and go to a better hotel next time. It’s a bit pricey for what they’re offering, the price is a bit high probably because it’s closer to the airport and the embassy.

My stay at Drea palace Residency was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly friendly throughout my entire stay. The room I stayed in was nothing short of luxurious. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. The amenities provided were top-notch. The staff was attentive and professional.
