Dr. Xiaoqi Jiang, Chinese Acupuncture Clinic

Dr Jiang has compassion and excellent bedside manner as do all of her colleagues and staff. LeeAnne is the best office Manager I have ever met. Just call the office and she is so knowledgeable and friendly she will take care of everything from your appointments to benefits from your insurance company. And you can get an appointment quickly. I called 3 places before I called her office and they all seemed to lack compassion and knowledge. When I get my acupuncture I usually just close my eyes and let the Doctors do what they have to do because I trust them, which is hard to do sometimes when talking needles. (Acupuncture needles do not hurt as much as traditional needles or the type I grew up with. It may be that they are not hollowed like needles that administer medicines or take blood. Plus, if I have severe pain I barely feel the acupuncture needles because the pain from the needles is so insignificant.) It works great, but like anything you have to stick with it Everytime I leave Dr Jiang"s.office I feel better and I make great progress. Dr. Beth, her colleague, is also outstanding. Her technique is different, so I am able to switch Doctors when I want to and the Doctors do not hold it against me, in fact they seem to encourage it. Both Doctors have trained in China and have exemplary Diplomas and background. Finally I just received a massage from Clara and she is the best masseuse I have ever had and I've had a lot of masssges throughout the years and they were also excellent. My initial treatment was yesterday, October 30th and it was incredible. Dr. Jiang reviewed my paperwork and questioned me about my concerns. I've been to 3 other acupuncture doctors in the past and Dr. Jiang was the first to suggest that I lie down on her table as I would when sleeping. Her treatment was spot on as I HAD MY BALANCE BACK. I suffer with peripheral neuropathy in both feet and it affects my balance. I returned home and walked inside without the need of my cane. All last night and TODAY; I'm NOT using my cane I look forward to my next 4 visits with Dr. Jiang. It was a pleasure also to meet office receptionist, Karen. Very professional office. Bob W.

I just want to say I really love Dr. Jiang! I am from China, so have been to different acupuncturists in China and Thailand, but I have to say that Dr. Jiang is really different and a rare gem to find. I have shoulder, back pain, fibriods and polyps, suffer from chronic pain and stress. I have seen numerous doctors in China and USA, but nobody could figure out the reason so not really be able to help me much. But Dr. Jiang is super skillful, intuitive and insightful, she was able to identify my root problems from just half hour meeting me in person- she touched different parts of my body, looked my tongue and asked tons of questions. Her diagnose was so accurate that I was in great shock as none of the doctors I saw in the past was able to do so in such a short time. The acupuncture session was very relaxing, she was so skillful that the needles did not hurt me at all. 5 minutes after the needles in, my shoulder was already relaxed so much that the pain almost went away. The thing I love most about Dr. Jiang is she treats you in such a holistic approach that not only your symptoms are reduced but more importantly she gives you valuable advice on how to change your life habits and adjust life style, and send you home with self-treatment instructions that you can easily do at home and for free! She even mentioned that her goal is not to have the patients keep coming back to spend lots of money and relaying on the doctor alone whenever the symptoms strick, her goal is to equip and inform patients so that we can take on this holistic approach together with her to solve our health issues from the root causes and to improve our physical and mental health as a whole. She seems like that rare kind of doctor who really much more cares and passionate about curing people's health problems rather than making money. All in all, I am so happy that my OB doctor referred Dr. Jiang to me, otherwise I would have already lost my faith in acupuncture.

I have always been a skeptic of alternative medicine, especially when the treatment area is different from the site of pain. However, Dr. Xiaoqi Jiang proved to me that acupuncture can help relieve the pain I have been experiencing in various parts of my body. Dr. Jiang explained to me that our body should be treated as a whole and when she places needles in my arm it will actually relieve pain in another part of my body. I have had acupuncture in the past and did not get much relief but through Dr. Jiang’s treatment I have been starting to finally feel relief. Her treatment rooms are extremely relaxing...to the point where I end up falling asleep. The decorations and meditative music make my experience one where I look forward to coming back each time. I have been recommending her to my friends and family, and I recommend her to anyone reading this review.

Dr Jiang is an incredibly talented, experienced and compassionate professional with a natural intuition that is hard to come by. She first helped me with chronic vertigo spells, sinusitis and headaches I’d been experiencing for 9 months, and within several hours of my first treatment my vertigo went away. Almost a year later since my first visit I’m practically a new person. Her treatments in combination with Chinese herbs have helped me considerably with anxiety, colds, insomnia, digestive issues, balancing hormones and the sinus issues/vertigo. I can’t recommend Dr J enough, she’s a top notch doctor who cares about her patients, treating the root of the problem along with alleviating the symptoms.
