My husband and I recently purchased a BX23S tractor from Rick at Dorr's. Every aspect of our experience from start to finish was very good. Rick was professional yet very approachable. Financing and paperwork were prepared timely and made very simple. Delivery was scheduled very quickly after the closing and upon delivery they made sure we understood how to use the features of our new tractor. We would highly recommend Dorr's.
This grade A+ review doesn't factor in the brand of equipment Dorr's is selling (which is top notch IMO). I recently purchased a used tractor, Not from Dorr's, however, that didnt change a thing! Dorr's has been helpful in Email communication, 2 phone calls and in person. Both Parts and Sales are friendly, helpful and really know their stuff! I have also found while price shopping around for implements, pricing is very fair. Happy to have a local resource for my future needs!
Awesome staff, from their sales department to the service desk to the general manager. All are friendly and more than happy to work with you. During these times of supply issues, they kept me informed even if it was no update about time of delivery. Once the tractor came in, they provided plenty of time to go over the tractor and answered all my questions. Then the tractor finally was delivered. Great dealership team! Buying attachments is just as easy. Quote, order, pickup and enjoy the conversation.
I just purchased a RTV-XG850 Sidekick. Though the process my sales rep Jason Potter was engaged and made the whole experience very customer focused and seamless. His knowledge of the Sidekick, the options, rebates, add ons, and the approach to the buying process was outstanding. I received my Sidekick earlier than quoted, delivered to my home with a full tank of gas. I highly recommend both Jason and Dorr's Equipment for you Kubota needs.
