DO NOT BUY USED FROM HERE. They do not inspect vehicles before reselling and they will leave you with the repair bill. You’d better be a mechanic and know what to look for if you buy a used vehicle from Don Jackson. I purchased a used 2019 ram 1500 5.7 hemi about 3 weeks ago. The day after I got it, a horrible squealing started coming from the engine bay. I also noticed the door lock keyhole had been drilled out. This did not happen in my possession as Iike I said, I had it for less than 24hrs and garage parked it when I noticed it. I immediately texted the salesman who I worked with and asked for help. He told me his manager said the sale is final and I can kick rocks for all they care. Fast forward to today, the squeaking in the engine has turned into coolant puking out from somewhere. Now I cannot drive the truck until it’s repaired. When I tried to contact the sales manager about this, I was sent to voicemail. I asked the lady directing my call if she knew if the sales manager was in his office, she said yes. Yet I still got a voicemail. My calls are still being avoided and I am left with god knows how may repairs to a truck I have had for less than a month and have put less than 200 miles on.

Quick, and easy to deal with. Brian Callahan was awesome to deal with purchasing a 392 wrangler. Quick, hassle free, and easy. Had bad experiences at other DCJ dealers and this one was a different experience altogether. Will do business again!

Super easy to deal with. Fair and honest which is hard to find in many new car dealerships today. Stewart Davis is now my favorite car salesman (and I generally don't like sales people)

This would be the 2nd truck I have purchased this year from Don Jackson. Both times have been really great experiences. They are super respectful of your time and don’t try to drag the deal out for hours. It was a quick and painless process.

When preforming their “advantage” package, the detail people went to remove chip guards on the side of our door, even though we didn’t ask to have this done. When I told the salesman about the damage he offered to have their touch up guy look at the damage. We were told that this is “fixed” I told them I was not satisfied with them ripping paint off our door and half fixing an issue they caused. After I said they needed to actually fix the paint on the door they have since started to ignore phone calls and texts…. Once the dealership has your money they no longer care to help with issues they cause.
