Dog Care Centre-Clinic-Boarding-Food

Overall all okay but it needs more sanitation as every time my dog comes back with leeches which are very harmful for it as well as people around.

I was fostering an indie pup and consulted this clinic for distemper treatment (very initial stage). My dog had also not been eating for the past 2-3 days at all and was obviously getting weaker day by day. The staff at the clinic provided the apt medication at the right time in the right way... Not only did he start eating but he improved too...Ohh we were so happy to see him eat. Thankfully the pup is out of danger and we hope he will live a full and healthy life ahead. Thanks to the clinic and the staff for helping us out there!!!

Whosoever reads this review kindly don't take your babies to them. I have a pet whose vaccination are started and completed from here from very first day. Suddenly after all the vaccination are completed my dog started to vomit and stopped eating I thought maybe he is suffering from cold as i taken him for a ride in my car. I rushed to vet and he said the same ki thand lag gai h ise and gives him few shots but when I came back home my baby is not doing well and vomit and motions are continuing then next morning I rush to them they said isko drip lagega and he will be fine I am owning a pet very first time so mujhe kch jyada idea tha ni mne kaha ise thk krdo bss they continued my baby on drip for 2 days but no sign of recovery is shown. Kindly note no test is conducted they are giving him drip and injection ki ise thand lagi h. Very money minded, they don't care for your baby, without examining they gives medicines. On 3rd day I am crying and take my baby to another vet where he took the sample and my baby diagnosed with parvo thank God I didn't went back to them and taken my baby to save hands where he provided him genuine and proper medication due to which my baby is out of danger. Shame on such peoples who are doing these things like my baby is fully vaccinated then also he diagnosed with parvo not sure what kind of injection they had given. I request please don't take your pets here because what I had faced I don't want anyone to go through the same.

On 20th of January 2022 I took my 2yrs furry to this place for day care facility. Neither did they provide a bed or mattress in this chilly weather nor did they give any food to my furry baby. When I went back in the night they handed me my baby without his leash. After inquiring, I found that it was ripped in 3 pieces, including from its hook. My dog doesn't have any destructive tendencies. It was clear that it had been snipped (cut) so that we’d be forced to buy from them. Obviously, since I had to buy from them because I was not informed about it prior. My dog was put in a cage without any light and left without supervision. He was completely drenched when I got him. They charged me ₹500/- for this nonsense. Whether you leave your dog for 1 hour or 24 hours, they’ll charge you same amount. And when you talk to the owner on the phone he starts shouting very rudely as if he’s doing us a favour by keeping my dog. As if he’s doing it for free. He said to me," एक तो अपके कुत्ते का ध्यान रखा thank you कहने की बजाय आप शिकायत कर रही हैं"... As if I’m not even supposed to point out any negligence or bad service? Please कोई मुझे ये बताये की thank you किस बात का बोलना चाहिये की आपने मेरे dog को leash काटना सिखा दिया या उसे unattended रख कर destructive बना दिया। Such a horrific experience, I will never recommend anyone to go to this place. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

The worst pet care center i ever experienced. I had left my pet under their care for 4 days and they made him to undergo depression.His body was full of ticks....frightened....starving and what not. I would have dragged them to court of law. Never ever leave your pet with any pet care center.
