Dr. Juan was super helpful, genuine, and attentive after I had a bad reaction to a jellyfish sting a few days ago. I really appreciate how he and the staff went out of their way for me! Would 100% recommend to a friend or family member.
Dr. Juan and the nurses and supporting staff are excellent, professional and friendly, Last night I visited Doctor Expres with severe pain. The reception staff attended me immediately and Doctor Juan was very professional. The medicine he gave me immediately calmed the pain.

Dr. Juan was absolutely amazing. I had a nasty cut on my forehead, 1 week later I barley have a scar and I am still healing. He is super friendly and very helpful. He listens to the patient and what they want and need. I highly recommend Dr. Juan. He also took care of me and my daughter when we had a cold. My daughter was very scared at first but after talking to Dr Juan she was laughing and smiling. He is the best doctor!
Dr Juan was fantastic with my 4 year old daughter. Made her feel comfortable and offered to call me later in the day to check in and make sure she is ok.
The Doctor Express team was able to fit my walk-in appointment in little to no time. They walked me through the check-in process (very tech savvy by the way) as a first time patient, and immediately after a nurse was with me and prepping for the doctor’s appointment. Dr. Pedro Toscano took very good care of me, and made the visit feel seamless and short. He works with you to address your concerns and makes you feel in a safe space. The nurse was also very communicative and shared before hand what the insurance would cover so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend them and go back should the need arise.
All around great experience; doctors that care and dont just see you as a customer, are knowledgeable and treat the patient holistically with a support team that are equally top notch. Was surprised by the standard considering it is urgent care but this is a top rate team and would consider them as my reguar GP office, with the added bonus of a pharmacy that will deliver to the examination room while you wait.
