Dobbins Hill Apartments

Michele the property manager has been amazing. Very patient and responsive. Answers emails and phone calls very quick. Really enjoy the property. The maintenance man, Nick is quick to fix things when a ticket is submitted.

The manager doesn’t welcome and talk to all residents equally. We are friendly neighbors and we talk our concerns to each other she discriminates certain people and some of those people moved out because of her criticism. Requested Maintenance job never done on time or forever because she teamed up with “Nick “maintenance guy instead of being of his manager Sometimes office is close or she’s smoking outside and ignores you while you waiting her infront of the office. She increases the rent every yearly. There’s no swimming pool, playground area is wet, dirty and moldy always. She locked the fitness room at and she hides the owners contact information. Who is gonna listen to our complain??

Property manager, Michelle Marra, is unethical and practices illegal practices when it comes to putting apartments on the market. Dobbins Hills is neglected and the grounds look bad. Stairs always dirty and covered in spit and everything else. Rent is multiplying by the year, and they can do that bc of the reflection of the housing market in the area. But it’s not worth it. Save yourself the trouble. Look somewhere else. Part of the problem is ppl complain to management when they should be complaining to ownership, WRH Realty Properties. Use your voice. Go above property management straight to ownership.

We looked at relocating back to NC recently and while we didn't move here (life took us another direction at the last minute and is keeping us abroad another year), I have to say that the staff was just the sweetest. Michele was wonderful and so patient with all of our questions. I was nervous since some of the reviews weren't that great but the staff seems to be doing a great job. If it looks like life will let us move back to NC again, we will definitely be back!

1. Guest Parking-Over last six months guest parking has improved. There are now designated spaces, but still not enough. There has been no feedback about request for medical/health companion care permits. 2. I have only experienced minor critter problems in the six years I have lived here, and maintenance response was quick and appropriate. 3. Exercise Room-Access has been inconsistent. Management was very responsive to inappropriate use of facility. 4. Community Room for After-school program-Very positive for children and parents. 5. Close to major highways, medical facilities, shopping centers, schools. 5. Non-smoking community.
