Divya Diamonds... well, the name is well-known, but the behaviour of their employees is completely undervalued when compared to roadside salesmen... today 12.12.2022 evening, I visited their Begumpet branch and had a bad experience. It is critical that management monitor the behaviour of their sales team on a regular basis...it appears that they have given them permission to insult/not respond properly to their trusted customers. I really had a bad experience... this is the second time, and while it won't affect their business, I won't consider it as a shop for any of my needs... thanks to their sales team. Having a brand name will not help them if they are unwilling to provide proper services to their customers....

Arrogant people. They won't answer politely and professionally to customers if you ask valid reasons also .

No Car parking.. Busy area. Good Astrologers with good knowledge. But business is the motto. You will be tempted to buy at least one gem. Be mindful in accepting the things. Don't have to jump on buying, take time, cross verify and if you feel reasonable then go ahead and buy.

Astrologers all were certified. They all are well knowledgeable. But only the thing is they will ensure to suggest and sell at least one or more than one gem yo their clients. Wherever you start is irrespective but it definitely ends up with gem suggestions only...although I know its "Divya Diamonds". But overall experience was absolutely fine.
