We’ve used this company multiple times and they always come through. They’ve taken trash and were even willing to remove large items like our arcade machine. We’ve worked with Matt every time and he’s always gone above and beyond. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs any kind of junk removal.

My grandmother and I are moving soon, and we made a last minute call to see if we could get some furniture and items removed. I spoke on the phone with the owner Billy, and from our brief conversation he was able to have two gentlemen come over within twenty minutes. Both Matt and Will were very kind and considerate throughout the whole process, and even took a few extra items. Booking the appointment was a breeze and they came in, gave me a very reasonable price, and moved the furniture right then and there. Bill is absolutely incredible!! Shows up on time, sticks to quotes !! And abs tremendous + phenomenal clean up jobs after the removal of debris, clutter, whatever needs to be cleaned up. I called Bill on a Friday as it was urgent to clean out before moving and Bill, Matt, and crew swooped in the following Saturday morning to save the day! They were friendly, professional, and thorough. They cleaned out the basement, second floor, and junk we had outside. There was A LOT to be done, from disassembling couches, hutches and china cabinets, and they did it in a matter of hours. These guys are courteous as well and maintained a great attitude the entire time. I will not hesitate to reach out to them again in the future!

I contacted Junk Removal RI & MA to remove a second floor apartment full of multiple beds, stuffed lounge chairs a couch and other large furniture and junk. It was nearly a four hour tough job. They took extra care to not damage the very narrow staircase walls. After junk removal, the apartment floors were swept clean of any debris. I was also impressed by the professionalism and friendliness displayed by Matt and Will. Pricing was competitive. I highly recommend Junk Removal RI & MA and would hire them again.

Called the first time for a 2 family junking needs and was very pleased with the team’s work. Very responsive and fast. Kept the contact info to use again for a 6 family with A LOT of stuff in the huge garage units and basement storage units. Many heavy items and just a lot of items in general. The team completed the job with three trucks. I am very happy with the team’s work to help us get the property cleared out so thoroughly. THANK YOU!! this is my go-to. It happened. It was a mess and now half gone. I got better prices but no shows and excuses. Matt and Frisco were complete pros. And very nice. They didn’t just haul and grunt as I expected. They listened carefully and filled the truck. 3 hours of labor and 23 years gone. I’ll call them again soon. Tick tock. You have to know when it’s time. Matt and his colleague were outstanding. It is very difficult to find a reliable company that has patience and compassion. They were able to get the job done in a very timely manner, they were always communicative with updates, their ETA, etc. This was a very sensitive job as it was for an elderly woman with many years of hoarding. They made her feel heard and they did not rush the process. They turned a painful experience into a positive one by the end. She was able to find important family relics that had been buried for years and it made her very happy. We would definitely use this company again. Pricing was also very fair.

I live on a third floor and needed a dismantled futon and mattress out of my apartment. I called and spoke to the business owner who was very helpful and received a great quote and got an appointment in less than an hour!
