Staff brilliant could not do enough for me

The staff at the Longridge branch were friendly, helpful and very supportive in what was a complicated and lengthy conveyancing. All the staff were great, but a special mention goes to Louise and Sally who went above and beyond to help achieve exchange of contracts and agree the completion date.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the Team. The valuation was realistic which lead to a genuine purchase offer which went through to completion. The Team worked as a unit and it was possible to liaise with any member of the Team.

Local people with a clear interest and knowledge of what they are selling. Professional and personal in equal measure

Long-standing estate agent in Longridge with good reason. Professional staff & service.

Rented through Dewhurst for nearly 8 years, excellent letting agents. Always helpful and prompt if anything needs done so really can't fault them.

This estate agent is unproffessional. A Lady picks up the phone in preston office and has no tone of how to speak to CUSTOMERS. BIDDING WARS have started at pathetic rates all and above the price it is. I will be speaking directing to the head office about their bidding wards. No other estage agent is even entertaining bidding wars which is unacceptable as the mortgage providers would not even entertain such pathetic amount. Such a big company losing its reputation for a sake of another 5k out of the market value just to please one customer sale but forget how many customers will want to buy with them. I am shocked with the lady that picks the phone up in teh preston office it is like she is speakign to her friends. I will provide the name to the head office. They are taking advanatge of their sales which is pure greed. If a product is not worth the price nor th provider will provide a mortgage how can this be entertained.

These people are scum. They are playing a large part in the destruction of this town through the construction and sales of large housing estates throughout Longridge. This town does not have the infrastructure to support such developments and it's ruining the small town that all of us here have loved and cherished for a long time. Considering the owner of this company used to live just around the corner from me in this town before he made his money I find it abhorent that he can essentially sell out his home town, does he have no morals at all?

Terrible branch in Longridge, Lancashire. Staff are unaware of basic property terms, I.e. difference between reinstatement value and market value of properties. Terrible at handling complaints. They make the selling aspect (and buying) very stressful as they get involved in aspects they should not be involved in. Do not use these agents.
