We had 4 outdoor electric blinds quoted by salesman Michael, he was professional and provided us with indepth detail on the blinds and what our options were. We were really impressed in every way possible! We have since had the blinds installed and we cannot fault their quality or product in any way, Installation was of excellence workmanship. Such a great experience. They were prompt, professional and quick. We were told it would take a month to have them ready and just under a month we received a phone call saying they were ready to install. So happy with the product, the customer service and workmanship. Extra happy that these trade men cleaned up after themseleves too. Not many tradies do. I was disappointed with the previous blind company as they told me we couldn't put electric blinds on my outdoor veranda so i paid over $3000 for manual ones which were shocking. They drilled holes in my tiles to use as clips which ruined them. Not only did they bang in the wind, they scratched my poles, had gaps and were inconvenient. So i wasted my money for nothing. Wish i found this company first. Amazing quality. Attached are photos of my experience with both companies. The black electric blinds are from this company while the grey ones are from the previous company.
