Desert Wind Harley-Davidson

I am so glad I took the Beginner Riding Academy Course. Jim and Albert were so knowledgeable and patient during the entire process. I also got to work with Mark the manager and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I am ready to purchase and get out there and increase my the knowledge that was provided to me. Thanks a bunch!! Update: I went back this month and purchased my first motorcycle. Joe, Jensen, Britney and Austin were great to work with. The process went so smooth and their customer service was beyond amazing. Thank you for allowing my first bike purchasing experience be nothing short of awesome!!

The coolest experience buying something I’ve ever had! Jason Allen and Brittany the sales manager were super helpful and very cool to work with. Jason in finance was easy and nice to work with as well! The dealership all together was really awesome. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a Harley for sure!

Just took the class from Desert Winds highly recommend. I was learning on my own and having trouble with my clutch control making me very self conscious. The tools they gave me helped me to understand how to hit first gear smoothly. Greg and Chelsea were my instructors they were supportive and gave great feedback and helped you to understand how to do the skills and why we need them. Mark came out as well and was very helpful with reflections to identify what we did good and what we can do better next time. THANK YOU GUYS you were great!!! Also the tour of the dealership was awesome learning all the cool things that is going on behind the scenes.

Great experience down at desert wind Harley, I had stopped in after being at another dealership where I had a bike being worked on. I had looked at a few bikes at the other dealership but nothing really called to me plus no test rides. When I arrived at desert winds Harley I was impressed by the layout of the building and selection of bikes. I was quickly greeted by Boston who started asking me about my experience with bikes and riding style. We talked a bit and looked at a couple bikes before suiting up for a test ride. The entire process was fantastic from original greeting, to test ride, then finally purchase. The entire team took great care of me and really showed their knowledge and passion for bikes. I ended up purchasing that day plus they threw on an exhaust upgrade and delivered the bike to my house same day! All in all it was a phenomenal experience and was will highly recommend these guys to others, completely satisfied with the customer service and the new bike.

The entire team at Desert Winds is fantastic. I originally signed up for the Rider Academy to get my endorsement. I went in to try their practice bike, bought some gear from the shop and took my class. I loved it and within a week I was back to buy my first Harley. Danny was great to work with and got me on a great bike. The sales staff, finance, parts, service were all very personable and helpful! Their events for their Desert Winds family are great and I’m planning on attending one this weekend. The culture and overall feel at Desert Winds is top notch!
