Dental Smiles London Gray's Inn

Visit here! I have a long term fear of the dentist but this practice have gone a long way to reversing that. They could not be more helpful. The reception team Hannah and Evgenia were incredibly helpful booking me in and dealing with my poor organisation, and Nestan and Ailsa were incredibly caring and thorough. I am definitely not the easiest patient but everything was explained to me with total clarity and professionalism. Sadly I must return in 3 months for further work, but if I have to go anywhere, here would be my top choice. Thanks a bunch.

Dr Ailsa and the whole team are great. I have been helped by Evening and Hannah, both have been lovely. The nurses are great as well, today I was seen for an emergency and they have been as lovely as usual. Special regards to Laura, hope you are enjoying your trip to Argentina.

absolutely amazing. the reception team are on another level, personable and fun and always up for a chat. both dentists i’ve seen are so kind and understand my issues with anxiety and my history with dental problems. any issue i’ve had has been taken seriously and seen too quickly and if i have to go to the dentist i’m happy this is mine

I can’t thank the staff at Dental Smiles London enough. After calling this morning desperate for an emergency appointment, Susannah from the Kings Cross branch went above and beyond all day to find me an appointment and ensure my issue was fixed before the end of the day. She was so patient and kind, I can’t thank her enough for her help! I attended my appointment at the Grays Inn Road branch and again everyone was so lovely. I was seen right at the end of the day, and I’m so grateful they made time to see me. And they did an amazing job to fix my retainer. Thank you so much! So happy to be a customer

The dentist and all staff involved were extremely patient and kind in helping me sort out my appointment, treatment, and post-treatment care. The dentist walked me through every step of my treatment, taking extra care to explain the reasons as well as the pros and cons behind each decision, keeping me in the loop at all times. Furthermore, the staff members behind the clinic's email contact have helped me immensely in providing me with all documentation that I have requested for in my procedure for making insurance claims, and I really cannot thank them enough! I would definitely recommend this place for the professionalism and quality of care.
