I have had an excellent experience here every visit. The whole staff here have been lovely, Jane at the desk as well as my dentist Eva who I have for a regular check-ups. My last hygienist visit with Teuta and Armando was particularly amazing. It was painless and they were both so helpful and put me at ease. The clean was also brilliant and they managed to remove all my coffee stains.
Fantastic service. I was in London for only 24 hours en route to Australia and I had a dental emergency. They were able to get me an appointment within the hour! Jane was so helpful and assured me that Dr Jack was excellent. Dr Jack is incredibly kind and caring. He has state of the art technology and is a brilliant dentist. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Thanks so much for your outstanding service.
All the staff here are lovely. It really is the kind and gentle dental practice. I'm a complete wimp when it comes to the dentist, but my hygienist Amanda is the best I've ever had. She's so understanding and patient. On top of the excellent treatment, her advice about what I can do to keep things clean has resulted in a significant improvement, which I'm delighted about!
I have to say, Dr. Jack Johnson is easily the best dentist I've had. Calm, considerate, attentive and puts you at ease, even when nervous of with a history of difficult experiences at dentists. He also explains things very clearly and is understanding about any questions you may have. The nurse, Alex, was also brilliant, as were all the reception staff. It makes such a difference and I'm grateful to all at Dental Smiles London Chalton Street - thank you.
Have been with the practice for more than 6 years and would recommend for everyone! The people here make going to the dentist a much more enjoyable experience. Had my first filling done today - a huge shoutout to Jack as the most patient doctor who explains things really well!
