Dental Care of Powell

Twice now they’ve messed up my appointment. The first time they tried to say they were having a team meeting during my SCHEDULED appointment and forgot to call me, but that they could “squeeze me in.” The second time they canceled it after not receiving the last of multiple confirmations but again she said she could “squeeze me in”. If I set an appointment, I’ll be at my appointment. I shouldn’t need to confirm repeatedly. Confirmations are a courtesy - they should never cause your appointment to be canceled. Very unprofessional and a bad policy, I’m not going to risk having my time wasted again.

I just completed my first visit with Dental Care of Powell. I was thoroughly impressed with everything about my initial experience here. The staff here is attentive, helpful, and friendly. They were extremely conscientious and demonstrated an honest concern for my needs and my well-being. I felt welcomed, pampered, cared for and appreciated here. I am so glad I chose Dental Care of Powell. Thank you very much for such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dental Care of Powell.

Had an outstanding experience with this office, will not go anywhere else ever again ❣️. My hygienist, little miss Barbara was the most gentle, caring, knowledgeable person I've ever had to clean my teeth. The dentist and office staff were very sweet and helpful . I loved everything about my visit.. Thank you guys so much for what you do!!

My dental hygienist Rachel was one the best I ever been to in 50 years. She gave me a very thorough examination and explained everything clearly as she was working. The quality of my teeth cleaning from her was excellent. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I need crowns and feel very comfortable using their dentist, Dr. Paul Kwon. He also provided a very clear and sensible explanation of my teeth condition. A lot of people don’t like going to the dentist but I like this group.

I love this place! Easily the best dentist I’ve been at. I’ve had a positive experience with every employee I’ve encountered there. They are all so nice, and make something I hate (going to the dentist) a great experience! Recently Jessica was my dental hygienist and I really enjoyed talking with her. It’s just such a positive environment the moment you walk through the door. I also like that they send out the reminder texts. It’s super helpful, and as someone who routinely forgets about appointments, I think it’s a great practice to cancel said appointments if they haven’t confirmed by a certain time. It keeps everyone accountable and I think more places should put this into practice.
