I love Dr. Atlas! She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I’ve been under her care for cleanings/exams, dentures/implants, and sleep apnea devices.The office building is in a great location in North Naples. The building is nice, clean, and modern. The staff and assistants are all very nice, too. I highly recommend this group.
I had a good experience with the exception of one thing. Chris, who took xrays & did my cleaning did a great job . But I could not understand a lot of what he said. Between his accent & his wearing the mask & also my hearing (even though I wear hearing aids) I had to ask him to repeat most of what he told me. I probably missed a lot. Also, when he was using the computer & talking with his back to my back, it was hopeless. Dr. Atlas was fine. Thank you.
Overall a good experience from someone with a lot of dental anxiety. Kelsey the hygienist is awesome. Dr Atlas is also amazing and always made me feel comfortable and fully explains everything. Only room for improvement I see is the front desk staff come across annoyed with everything and some of the dental assistants seem VERY new and seem unsure of what they are doing sometimes.
Dr Valdez and his staff were amazing! From the moment I placed the call through the check in process the exam and treatment EVERYONE I came into contact with professional and friendly and most importantly competent! Excellent service and they accept my insurance! Can’t say enough positive about them!
Had such a great experience with this practice. Everyone was so sweet, from the staff up front, to the hygienist, and Dr Atlas was amazing as well. I’m actually excited to get my teeth cleaned again. I used to have so much anxiety when it comes to dental offices and medical appointments. Addison place made me feel very comfortable. They are knowledgeable professionals and everything is so high-tech! It’s nice to have such a great dental office in this part of town.
