Dr Banuru and her assistant Brkiti are a wonderful duo. They are very nice, listen to your concerns and give their best advice to your need/desire treatment. Dr Banuru is precise and quick, did a marvelous job on my tooth (RCT). Brkiti is such a joy to talk to, always smiling, kind and happy to hear you and engaging to all your concerns. I had many bad experiences at dentist offices, Brkiti make it so easy and make me feel like “home”, safe and fun. Thank you, I truly appreciate your care. CK

My experience with Alison was above and beyond any I have had previously going to the dentist. She was very professional, personable, and makes you feel comfortable with a one of a kind laugh. Thank You Kayla and Vanessa! Took my young Daughter in for cavities that needed to be filled (first time for fillings) and couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was laughing during the fillings (she had the laughing gas), it was perfect! So very happy! My Daughter is happy and so proud of herself! I honestly cannot Thank You all enough! Including the Desk Staff which were also super friendly!

I went to the dentist for a cleaning. They did X-rays and stated I needed fillings. I got the fillings and have been in pain every since. In the process of going to another dentist and seeking legal advice. I would highly recommended no person of color, minority etc…. If you are not Caucasian please don’t go here it will not end well. Things done in the dark will come to light. I’m almost certain the good reviews are from people they know or themselves. Don’t get me wrong the ladies that check you in are wonderful and I pray this is not a group effort. It’s the dentist and the dental assistants I am referring too.Say what you may but remember you read this post.

Wish I had the dentist I see everyone raving about. Mine was incredibly rude to me and was very condescending about topics I ended up being right about in the first place. Not to mention I was wait listed for “calling out” of appointments. I missed one appointment I will admit to that, but the other two times I was exposed to Covid and obviously told I couldn’t come into my appointment. Didn’t realize it was my fault I have to work in this pandemic era. Lastly I called on a Friday with a broken tooth on one side and pain on the other (making it impossible to eat). I was told to call back Monday or Tuesday to “see if they could squeeze me in.” No recommendations on alternative care. Literally never felt so disrespected and unimportant in a medical setting. You can find better. ****update: after reading the reviews it’s become abundantly clear they discriminate against those on MA. I’m sure you can guess who my insurance is through.

i have had serious tooth problems and had multiple fillings and MULTIPLE extractions at this clinic. I am always treated with dignity and they get the job done!! I feel they do there best and seem to be well organized. In my opinion i feel appreciated always!!. Im sure the negative reviews are explainable and its probably the clinic giving lower end options to "keep them going" rather than just focusing in on removal. To get a little extra life out of my teeth im happy.
