Waiter was very kind, friendly, and very welcoming. Checked on us and kept our drinks filled. Excellent customer service from host and waitress and waiter staff. Food was delicious!!!

Isaac was awesome! Offered things I wanted but forgot to order. Order was perfect - he was attentive and so happy to be at work!

We have eaten at this Denny’s location, a handful of times. This time was by far the best experience we have had so far. Leo was incredible! Leo was very attentive and kind, and delivered our food with pride. The food was above and beyond. Presentation and taste was spectacular.

Our Server had such a beautiful soul. I would go back for her. Her personality was something to love, she felt like she was bothering for simply doing her job, but we loved that she cares about her job. Beautiful heart and soul, we need more people like her like Karla.

I’ve had 2 disappointing experiences at this location. This morning my spouse and I went to this location to get the $5.99 grand slam breakfast that is being advertised. When we inquired about the special, we were told that this particular location is not participating in that promotion. No big deal, we just left because I had already told myself I was not coming back to this location again because of my first disappointing experience. I think that $5.99 is a good value for the grand slam breakfast. Call me old-fashioned, but I don’t believe that the grand slam breakfast has a value of $11.49, as is listed on the menu price. My first disappointing experience happened over a year ago. I had not been back to this location since. I ordered food through the Denny’s app for curbside pick up. At that time, this location had signs posted in parking spots for “curbside pick up only”. It looks like they have since been taken down. I am handicapped and that’s why I wanted to use the curbside pick up. When I arrived and parked in the curbside pick up parking, I let them know, through the app, that I was there. I waited and waited and waited for my food, then finally called the restaurant repeatedly until someone answered. I was told, in what I felt was a condescending matter, “we don’t do that at this restaurant, you were supposed to come through drive-through.“ Why did they have curbside pick up parking spots and why did the Denny’s app offer that option? By this time, the drive-up window was 6 cars deep, so I would’ve probably waited another 20 minutes or more for my food. I hobbled in to get my COLD food. I should have contacted management that day, but simply decided not to patronize this location anymore. I’ve had no problems with other Denny’s locations or their employees. I just have poor experiences at this location. Disappointed.

Had an outstanding dining experience at Denny's in Rio Rancho, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Justina and Jordan. Their friendliness and efficiency truly elevated our meal. The service was prompt, and the rest of the staff was incredibly friendly. Cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the food exceeded my expectations. Special appreciation to manager James for ensuring everything ran smoothly. The staff's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, making this visit memorable. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal. Five stars for the fantastic team at this Denny's location!

Friendly service checked on us to see if we needed anything. Very clean. Kinda wish the Denny's in Indianapolis, Indiana would come here n take notes on how food suppose to look like on menu's an how service should be. Thanks for a Wonderful experience!!!!!

Orlando & Eric made our breakfast for dinner experience delicious. Hash browns were crispy, eggs perfect and sausage with bacon cooked just right. We got the banana salted Carmel pancakes... crispy and like Tennessee Banana pudding on a pancake, only wish the bananas were thicker😁. Star our server made sure the food was fast and hot...she made us feel pampered👍. We love this Denny's and the Manager saved the day with a laptop charger❤️❤️❤️
