Denny's

My waitress Chassity did amazing was very attentive and checked on me. My food was packaged very carefully and I very much so appreciate that. I’ll definitely be back to eat and enjoy the atmosphere.

Our servers name was Keisha. She was absolutely fabulous. The restaurant was clean the food was good.

Had a bad experience last night . Visiting my son decided to go have dinner and meet him at Denny’s for his lunch break…BAD IDEA !! Came in got a table order drinks, server came with our drinks couldn’t keep her balance ( seemed not all there ) spilled drinks all over the table and of course we got all wet .! Still didn’t want to make the situation worse . We moved to another table she took our drink order again, it took about 17 minutes to get our drinks and one hour and 10 minutes to get our food!!!!! We didn’t get what we order . Need less to say my son had to go back to work, didn’t get his food . Manager was there didn’t care nor apologize for the incident or the extra long wait he just said “ this is her second day” terrible customer service . I will find out who owns this restaurant and let him know. I’m sure he would want to know how this people are running his Business.

Have never had a bad experience here. Only issue is that it's on the small size for a Denny's so there is often a wait simply due to everyone wanting to eat there. It's the best staffed restaurant in Española and the food is always on point!

I had not been here since the pandemic and WOW!!! What a positive difference!!¡ I have been impressed by the staff and food. The service was very attentive and accommodating. Everyone was working quickly and busy keeping tables clean serving food and getting refills. The food was fast and very good. I am glad I came back and have seen and experienced the pleasantries that were once missing. Keep up the good work and hats off to ALL the staff. Good job!!!!

UPDATE August 3, 2023 Had to be in Española this morning so decided to do Denny’s for breakfast. Remember reviews are like photos, a piece of frozen time that reflects an unique event. Today’s review is a solid 5 stars because everything was spot on. We built our breakfasts with the assistance of our superb server Liz. Liz would get 6 stars if that was an option. Service was fast, attentive and helpful. The food was excellent in all aspects - eggs over medium covers a range of doneness but should always include runny yolks and solid whites and ours were just right. Deb’s pancakes were thick, fluffy and tasted great. The bacon was crispy and tasty. The coffee was hot. Outstanding job! A solid 4 based on service and attitude. Late lunch arrival about 1:30PM so just as the rush customers were leaving with piles of plates etc to bus but we got a booth with less than five minutes of wait. The Superbird that Deb had with seasoned fries was good. I had beef on rye with regular fries. The coffees- decaf and regular- were good and recently brewed. The food was tasty and came out pretty quickly. So good job!
