The waitress was sweet. The coffee was good, and the omelets were good. The only downfall is having to sit next to people who are very smokers. There isn't anything I can do about that, but I just wish they spread people out more than being jumbled in one section of the restaurant.
Terrible experience. We got sat at a dirty booth, & the floor & tables around us were dirty. There were staff standing around talking that could have been cleaning up. My bread arrived & looked like someone took a bite. The chicken fried steak was disgusting & didn’t require a knife to cut, the mashed potatoes tasted sour like they’d gone bad, & the rice was crunchy. I later found out from the staff that the chicken fried steak was a beef patty not steak. I worked at a restaurant & these are red flags. I will never return to this place.
It was very slow when I was there so I can't speak for the atmosphere. But I did love the restaurant itself like it looked very different from typical breakfast areas which was nice. Customer service was great. Loved all three ladies. The food however was okay. I felt like everything could have been seasoned a little bit more, especially the burger patties.
Once in a blue moon they get my to-go breakfast correct. However, the norm is they forget utensils, butter for the pancakes, and substitute French fries for hash browns with cheese. I’m soo disappointed with what should be a great meal. I’m done with this one. Dennys. You’ve hurt me deep. Goodbye Felicia September 29, 2023 update: thought taking a month off might get a change. Yes, for the worse. I put my order in online and go to pick it up. A lady said the store was closed during the night and would take an hour to get ready. I had to go to work so I asked for a refund. She said she couldn’t. Corporate website wants you to contact the store. Catch 22.
First time trying Denny's, and I decided to go through the drive thru this time. I ordered a chicken fried steak, which I didn't know they had. Everything was delicious. The toast was buttered, and the Coke was great. Plenty of gravy. About a 15 minute wait.
