I’ve known Attorney Kevin Almeroth for many years. Kevin and his team are great lawyers and really care about their clients. I give them my highest recommendation.

PLEASE do not do business with this law firm if you want professional service. I have been a Legal Shield member for more than 2 years, and the first time that I attempted to use their service, it was HORRIBLE. After having the first attorney (Daniel Jones) who was assigned to my case drop the ball, I was able to get my case re-assigned to another attorney (Alfred Phelps). Wouldn't you know Mr. Phelps completely dropped the ball as well. In addition, when I attempted to communicate my issue regarding their lack of communication, he lied about having his "secretary" send me an email, got loud with me on the phone, over talked me and then hung up in my face. Prior to him hanging up in my face, he argues that they have over 84,000 members and they don't have time to follow up with me. I hope that one of the partners of Deming, Parker, Hoffman, Campbell & Daly, see this review because they have some unprofessional and low class attorney's like Mr. Alfred Phelps who don't deserve to represent their company.

I was looking for a lawyer and chose to use LegalShield. This morning I put in a request for a consultation with a 4 hour call back guarantee. I received no calls so I decided to call the company because I feared it may be a conflict of interest. I spoke with a supervisor who ensured Id receive a call. They called back about 20 minutes later to discuss my case. However while on the phone the lawyer mentioned something I never stated which let me know they might have some type of relationship with the company. The lady was rude and dry while telling me my daughter being triggered and me being harassed doesn't matter. The call ended because I called her out on the information I didn't give her that she knew. Do better because God always has the last say so....

I will be canceling Legal Shield after this experience. My divorce was handled by an attorney that never missed an opportunity to belittle me and make me feel stupid. The directions they provide are ambiguous and vague. When I had questions, I was told to reread the email she sent. I've never paid anyone to treat me so poorly.

I waited almost 2 weeks just for a email to be sent. I received Very Bad communication from the attorney that was assigned to me, Esra Radai. Her attitude was not caring and seemed as if she wanted to hurry me off the phone each time I spoke with her. She made it pretty clear she did not actually care about the issue I needed help with. This experience was unpleasant.
