10/10, 5 stars, Great service! Just bought my first car from them today! It was such an amazing thing to find people who were honest and understanding of my needs as a young college student. The car Kara Kipp found was the most perfect fit. Kara is the most pleasant and personal person ever and I don’t think I could buy a car from anyone other than her. She really is that good! After one interaction I considered her the most caring, funny, and wonderful people I have ever met. You can tell she is well liked by all as she had many clients and managed to bring 110% to each of us, always. Car was well detailed and financing and DMV registration was all set up right there. With the help of Jen Cordick I was so pleased with how organized everything was. Jen even was able to help setting up GAP insurance and other aspects of the deal that she clearly worked extremely hard on to set up! Jen was very kind, and super helpful! Seriously this deal just kept getting better thanks to Jen and Kara! These women rule and I’m so happy I went to DELLA Subaru.
I couldn’t have asked for a better car OR a better experience getting it! Elijah was helpful from the moment I walked through the door!! He and Jen made sure I was up to speed and informed every step of the way. Communication was great. They were flexible with my schedule and responded to every request and question. I was extremely happy with my experience at Della Subaru with Andy and Jennifer. This was more than just a business transaction. They were helpful in so many other ways. I've already returned to the dealership with questions. I have 2 other friends that went to Plattsburgh Subaru, and spoke very highly of their experiences with Andy and Jennifer. That solidified my thoughts on where I should go. Jennifer even gave me tips and things that i wouldnt know otherwise. I certainly am not disappointed. I consider myself a friend of the dealership and not just a customer.
This has been the best experience ever buying a car. Shae was absolutely amazing, and she made the buying experience quick and easy. There was nothing hidden when I went in to sign, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Jenn made the whole process so simple. If you’re looking for a new or used Subaru, your insane if you don’t visit Della Subaru.
