I had nail in my tire on Saturday, 8/6/22 and called , since all the other tire shops were closed. They got me in immediately, fixed my tire, and did not charge me. I will buy my next set of tires from them and will support this business for going extra mile with great customer service!

New name. Same great people. Brought my PT Cruiser in after engine failed (be nice. I know it's not the world's most admired car!) 20 years old, but they handled it with care and concern, offering a range of solutions to a range of problems. Always professional, yet like family. They took care of our ailing baby, checked that other age-related issues were addressed and it rolled out better than ever. We don't trust it to anyone else. They do what they say they're going to do, and have never disappointed.
The staff here are super friendly, and willing to work with your schedule. This is my experience. I purchased an oil change (buy one get one promotional coupon). I had my oil changed and tires rotated back in November (I believe) I requested engine-specific, synthetic, oil. Oil was pumped, from the drum in the back, and the service was done. I returned a couple of weeks ago for my next oil change. Upon arrival I requested that the same service be completed. I was told that synthetic oil was always purchased from the local auto parts store and that I would be charged extra. This led me to question what was used in my vehicle prior. The service writer informed me that synthetic was not stocked at the store and that the only oil they carried in bulk was 0w20 and 5w20. My vehicle calls for neither. Not only was I charged for synthetic oil; the wrong oil was used in my car. I wasn't offered any type of apology, refund, or explanation; however they did accept the coupon for the oil change (which I hope they would). The friendliness of the staff is certainly worth mentioning; however there really wasn't a push for trying to make the situation right.
