DDS Dentures & Implant Solutions of Columbia

This place really sucks. I had an 8 am appointment and sat in the office for almost 35 minutes before called. If you aren’t ready for me at 8 because I could have come at 8:30 . It was Monday morning so figured the guy didn’t get around to coming until 8:30. On my second round today. No better. Lunch is between 12and1. Showed up at 1 and guess what still haven’t been called in and it is almost 1:30. If you have all the time in the world then this is the best place to come. Most of the dentists that are here , I have learned are just graduates out of dental school. I can tell you about my gum infection I have already moved on from this place but my husband Ron got his dentures here and he is trapped. Not a good place.

Terrible customer service, inaccurate pricing and the quality of the implants is completely unacceptable. The first pair were fit improperly. The second pair, two teeth fell out within 6 months AND THEN ANOTHER one after one month of getting those fixed. Awaiting a call back from the manager, whom is too busy to address issues with customers. Entirely too much money for this product and service.

For starters, they pulled my tooth infection without giving an x-ray first. When I told them I wasn’t numb and it hurt they still continued. They never prescribed me antibiotics. Yesterday when I went to get my final denture they over booked people and five of us had to wait over 3 hours. When they finally got to me it was at 6pm. I told them they didn’t fit right and they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Plus I asked about soft liner and they wouldn’t do it. I would recommend going somewhere else they do not respect your time our money

The staff were super nice, very helpful and explained everything that was happening. Afterwards I had a problem with the bottom denture and went back and they worked with me to make it right, nothing g was a problem for them. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Great job team!!

The dentist here was nice with evaluating my gums and teeth and giving me suggestions for getting cleanings every 3 months to help with my periodontal gum disease. It was quick and easy with her getting my tooth extraction! And my gums healed pretty quickly. And the prices are not nearly as high as some dental offices I've gone too! My mother and a couple of her friends are interested in looking up their rates for getting new dentures soon!
