We recently ordered a Tempur-Pedic mattress from DC Appliance. They let us know as soon as it came in and scheduled delivery. The guys moved the old mattress and brought in the new one and placed it on the bed for us. We are impressed with their service as well as the products. We’ll definitely be back!
Service was great from start to finish. Sales process was smooth and helpful. Delivery guys were knowledgeable, friendly and answered all questions.

Talked to Sam, Store Manager, about a freezer on the website. Nothing was in stock and delivery was WAY out so he looked up other possibilities and found something at Home Depot for a comparable price. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whoever the owners are, you need more managers and sales staff like Sam. Five stars is NOT enough for how this transaction went the way it did! When I'm looking for appliances in the future, I'll be calling DC Appliance & Furniture, just because of Sam!
