Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ridgeland

Rooms where kept clean and nice. The beds are soft and comfortable. The staff is great and I definitely recommend staying here.

Due to an unfortunate power outage, we were forced to take up residence at Days Inn. Suffice it to say, this suite fully met our expectations. The staff is both friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend.

Roadside motels are always a gamble, but this did the trick for the price. Personally, I think it's more deserving of 2.8 stars. There is a slight musty/chemically smell throughout the motel that bleeds into the rooms, it's not strong enough to give you a terrible headache, but it's noticeable. I arrived late at night and left early so I can't speak to the food, or the hospitality beyond a tired late night employee who did what he needed to do and nothing more. A few random details: -The room key did not work on the outside doors. -The bed was comfortable. It at least wasn't an old metal spring mattress. -The fridge made an awful screeching sound - For Jackson, it felt safe.

MAY 26-29, 2023 This hotel was not what we expected upon our arrival coming from out of town. If you're staying for just a fly by one night, then it's a choice you have to make. Looks can be DECIEVING. If you're looking for relaxation at the pool, "not going to happen." The pool has been CEMENTED IN, I guess i missed the note online somewhere that it said the pool was closed, but it's being advertised. We also experienced in some of the rooms the irons did not work properly, to include some missing ironing boards and dirty ironing board cover "So bring your own", broken bathroom door handles, water leakage on the ceiling and unstable toilet..The breakfast is continental " very minimal" I will say the staff was pleasant the beds where very comfortable but I hate I forgot to bring some plugin air freshers..the rooms carried a musky mildew smell..and let me not leave out that the third floor is a smoking floor with that being said the smoke travels throughout the second floor and elevator. Although we brought our concerns to the staff member on duty, it appeared to be some communication breakdown...QUALITY of service is key! Not the best you get what you pay for!

This hotel has nicely remodeled and clean rooms with working air and refrigerator! Bathroom was spotless! Love it! Breakfast was nice as well! Highly recommend :) Great staff!
