We were going to a Royals game and needed a place to stay for a night. It served its purpose. I can tell they are trying to update the rooms which is good. The bathroom needs to be done badly! I was disgusted when I went to brush my teeth and the sink was dirty (we had not used it) with hair and other debris. I definitely wouldn't stay there long term but for a night it's not bad.

The front desk person who refused to give her name is extremely rude. My daughter was driving cross country and a booked a room and was sent a text with the wrong date on it. She called the hotel and was told she would have to call Expedia to change it. When Expedia called the lady at the front desk refused to give her name so that the reservation could be canceled. She was told she could call the next day and speak to the manager but refused to give a his name so she could speak with him.

Disappointing Experience at the Motel I recently stayed at this motel and unfortunately had a highly unsatisfactory experience. The check-in process was marred by the rude behavior of the staff member, who questioned the number of occupants in our room when we simply requested additional towels due to the hot weather and our need for nighttime showers. Furthermore, he neglected to provide essential information such as the WiFi password and breakfast hours. The rooms were visibly unclean, with noticeable bugs on the beds. I regret to say that I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

It appears this motel and the surrounding few motels are running a fraud ring. My family was scammed at this Days Inn/America's Best Vaue Inn, and based on the clearly sketchy set up, I'm sure we weren't the only guests this has happened to. Don't waste your money or time here. This was the worst service I have ever recieved by far, and shockingly expensive with all of the hidden fees. Upon our arrival in MO at 11:30PM, we were informed that our reserved room at Days Inn was given away without reason. The main staff member I delt with was Pikay, who seemed wholey unphased that he had given away our room until I frantically showed up next door at America's Best (a laughable name based on our experience) Value Inn, which, as it turns out, is run by the same staff. Both hotels must have the same owners, and there are a couple of other motel's in the immediate vicinity, which I assume are also owned by these fraudsters. We were charged more for this new room, which we took out of desperation after 12 hours of driving and the very late hour. This felt suspucious, but I was too tired to bother fighting it (a fact I am sure the shady staff was banking on). Neither place was clean or well maintained. Pikay proceeded to mischarge us for our stay, which we only found out because we recieved a call the next morning letting us know we now owed more. Had I known what a clearly fraudulent endeavor this would be, and how much extra I would spend, I wouldn't have given this place a second glance before moving right along to the next motel. The price after all was said and done was unreasonable, and we could have stayed somewhere much nicer for a lower monitary and emotional cost. I suggest you do just that so you can get a good night's rest with out being defrauded by this abysmal motel staff. To be clear, I have stayed at quite a few other locations of both motel chains, and have had perfectly fine experiences, but this cluster of motels in MO should not be trusted.

Breakfast was horrible. Spiders in my room. Dirt behind my bed and night stand. House cleaning entered my room while I was sleep. Dangerous set up. Rude front desk not very helpful. Trash from the parking lot all the way up to my room. Fees per day. Horrible stay!!
