Overall the room wasn't bad. It was definitely clean. Mainly I got the room for my ONE relaxing day in a pool for my birthday which is tomorrow, and yeah the pool was over run by a party so I basically spent 150 for no reason. Room by the elevator sucks but overall I guess it wasn't bad.
Typical hotel in the range. Looked like a nice pool area. Breakfast was decent. The only downside for some could be the highway noise.
Very friendly staff and service always greeted me with a good morning or afternoon. The gentleman who checked me made me feel like a part of his family. Room and bed was awesome, location was perfect close to Cincinnati and close to my family to go and do fun stuff around the area. The only thing I regret is jumping in the pool that was heated and looked beautiful. One more thing is I let the gentleman know I was pulling a trailer and will have it in a parking spot and he said no worries it would be safe out there and I tell you or I felt it was and nothing happened to it. There was a lot of travelers doing the same so again kudos to this hotel I’ll be staying there on my next trip there
There are only 2 things I look for at a lower priced hotel, quiet room and plenty of HOT water. This hotel did not provide either... Since the Owner wants to push back, Let me clarify... Quiet time does not stop the very loud roadway noise from Rte 32! Trucks braking and Taki g off from the traffic light right next to the hotel aren't quiet. 6 tanks of LUKEWARM WATER doesn't provide plenty of HOT WATER! Just lots of lukewarm water...
Really nice people, very quiet and clean, modern, lovely pool and pool area, excellent included hot breakfast. Only weird thing is the elevator is kind of beat up, which makes no sense given how nice the rest of the place is.
