Darcys Cafe

Awful! Awful! Awful! Worst coffee and bacon baguette I have ever had, bread was hard,hardly any bacon and coffee foul, I came here about six weeks ago and we had lovely food,cooked by a nice man,so we assumed it would be just as good,oh how wrong we were, we left most of the bread as couldn’t bite through,mentioned to the lady who cooked it but she didn’t answer when we told her Won’t return and embarrassed that I took my friend there,maybe new owners,if so you will close down swiftly if you serve food like this!

Darcy’s Cafe is my home for an hour every day they are open, Mon-Sat. So much great food to choose from with my favourites being the chilli-con-carne, chicken stew and any of the all day breakfasts. Staff are really helpful and the cafe is clean which is important. I take my friends and customers there and they are never disappointed. New sweet menu on the way I hear so looking forward to that!! I love visiting this cafe, we often travel up from the New Forest to the area and ensure we have a Darcy Big Boy Breakfast (as a minimum)! Liam is a qualified chef who produces excellent food and has created the perfect cafe/ restaurant atmosphere. Don’t miss out on a visit if you’re in the area!!!

Quality ingredients and properly cooked! People serving are very polite and welcoming. Will definitely make another trip and have the Irish breakfast again! Probably the best cafe I've been to in years.
