I was referred to the service for support around business planning, structuring, and financial management, and I was given a free 15 minute phone consult. I was dealt with by a junior staff member who was seemed very limited with her knowledge and approach, and appeared unsure as to if they could assist me. I felt like I was wasting their time. What I do know about business is that you should take every opportunity to make a good impression, and treat every potential client like they are your last! Dalton Financial dropped the ball in this regard.

Josh from Dalton FP is unlike any financial planner that I’ve met. He has a calm, engaging manner and spoke evenly to me and my husband (previous advisers tended to focus just on my husband). His questions helped us really determine what was important to us and to create realistic plans to achieve our goals. We now have a clear idea our future and the strategies needed to achieve that. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting an honest conversation about their finances and future.
