Mrs. Cindy Gaytan, gave me such very excellent customer service and feedback. The tour was amazing and I’m absolutely in love with the apartment complex.

Had an issue with the front office about a key fob but my issue was resolved. Thanks again for all who helped.

0/10. If you are needing to speak with someone from leasing regarding anything important, prepare to be ignored, especially through email. The day my lease is up will be my favorite day here. I don’t see this establishment flourishing in the future, they have been through multiple managers before a year and I don’t even know who the manager is. The reviews speak for themselves and the positive reviews are definitely fake!

I have lived here for approximately 7 months now and I look forward to leaving every day.The only positive about this place is the friendly leasing and maintenance staff. The location is convenient to I-10 and 290. But be warned the streets are filled with potholes and the surrounding area is just raggedy. As for the building itself, it’s horrible. The walls are super thin so be prepared to hear people talking and walking. Also, be prepared for people to make unwarranted noise complaints against you as a result of the poor foundation. I cannot live comfortably in my home without the person beneath me calling and making noise complaints. It’s not my fault the building was cheaply constructed. Also, within my first month living here, my dog was viciously attacked by a Pit Bull that wasn’t supposed to be on property. Read the reviews about parking and towing because they’re true. I often have to deal with cat paw prints on my car because of all of the stray cats on the property. Also, they do not offer recycle options at this property. My 2-star rating is only for the staff. They are friendly and often accommodating. But for the building alone, it’s not worth living here.

If you value peace of mind, a clean environment, helpful management, effective “security officers”, especially quality units, This isn’t it. I don’t even bother with the office anymore or the “security”, every aspect of this “luxury community” is a joke. Excessive noise, dogs barking all day, constant banging and stomping, you can literally hear people washing dishes, drawers opening and closing, I could go on, they could’ve built this place better with Lego’s. Counting the days until my lease is up. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews like I was, they’re basically solicited or done by people who haven’t lived here more than a month, read the 1-star reviews and I guarantee you’ll reconsider.

THANKS JAY!! This apartment is perfect! The friendly and professional team made me feel at home from the start. The apartment features modern amenities, top-of-the-line appliances, and stunning views from the balcony. The building offers a gym, laundry facilities, and a pool. The management team is responsive and helpful,especially Jay. Great location too - close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommended!

My experience with Dakota at Bingle has all around been a 10/10 and I’m not exaggerating. It is a new property, with new construction and new homes are being built around the location. I love that elevator access to your floor is available, as well keyless entry to enter your unit. I just moved into my unit, but from the time I came into the leasing office to inquire about the property to eventually signing my lease I felt so welcomed and the process was smooth I’ve had no issues. Thank you to my leasing agent Erika Garcia, she is literally the sweetest!! She answered all of my questions and concerns, and continuously followed up with me through the application process. I had been searching and touring properties for the last couple of months but none of those properties were as attentive to me, a prospective client, the way Erika was with me when I came in. I appreciate that a lot, and in addition to that all the staff have been friendly anytime I come in the office or called to finalize paperwork etc. They even had a welcome home gift waiting for me on my move in date. With that being said their customer service is amazing, and even being a new tenant I don’t expect everything to be perfect I just appreciate that they made it their job to help me secure a new home.
