I only really go there to pickup my mother's and my Aunt's prescription on occasion. This one time, this one woman in the pharmacy was a little rude to me when I was having some issues with a card, but we were able to resolve the issue.

Just wanted to give a super shout out and exceeding five stars for the fabulous pharmacist Ms Amanda she was able to see and catch the fact that my seven-year-old had gotten a too high dosage for her medicine and she was able to call the provider and fix it. Imagine if she had not noticed that.. I would’ve been given my child the wrong dosage which might’ve had lethal consequences so just shout out to her and for her team and for other pharmacists like her who actually take the time to provide excellent care, thank you so much

Egzona is superb! She provides excellent customer service while multitasking and ensuring that all pharmacy orders are completed. Egzona is personable, kind, and checks in with all the customers. She is someone you know will get it done no matter what.

Unacceptable and alarming behavior at the CVS pharmacy. I asked my son to go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription medications and his own. The male pharmacist working at the prescription counter appeared to be in a very bad mood and behaved completely unprofessionally. It is absolutely unacceptable to yell at patients who come to pick up their prescribed medications. He argued with my son simply because my son approached him three times regarding the prescriptions. • The first time, he said the medication was not available. • The second time, he said it was being processed through insurance. • When my son explained that we were willing to pay cash (which we have often done over the past 8 years), the pharmacist said it was “impossible” and then threatened to call the police if my son did not leave. What makes this situation even worse is that I currently have no way to contact my doctor for at least a week — and despite this, the pharmacy refused to release my medication. When I personally called the pharmacy to clarify the situation, the same pharmacist yelled at me, said that I would not receive my medication, and then hung up the phone. A pharmacist hanging up on a patient is completely unacceptable. This behavior is shocking, intimidating, and deeply unprofessional. Patients should feel safe and respected when picking up essential medications, not threatened, yelled at, or dismissed. CVS should take this matter very seriously. This level of treatment is shocking, unprofessional, and could easily be grounds for legal action.
