I honestly can’t recommend CJRE HQ Recovery enough. From the moment you walk in, the team make you feel so welcome! Genuinely kind, attentive, and passionate about what they do and actually care about your well being. The space itself is beautiful, immaculate, calming. Everything feels premium and well looked after, which makes it so easy to relax and switch off. The highlight for me has been the infrared sessions. They’ve become something I genuinely look forward to. So grateful to have this locally, I’ll definitely be back regularly.

Would highly recommend cure HQ recovery for an infrared sauna session, I was welcomed by the lovely staff and felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Will definitely be coming back.

11/10. I had the best experience at CureHq. It’s the perfect place to unwind and reset, saunas and icebaths are incredibly maintained. A special shoutout to Sarah and Mikayla! Sarah made the whole experience feel seamless and welcoming. Mikayla was so lovely and kind while I waited for my appointment. Highly recommend.
