Cue Galatyn Station Apartments

This place is dirty, smelly and noisy. Their management aren't any help at all. Neighbors are not neighborly, they aren't considerate. It appears this place attracts people who don't pay any regard for others...or could it be that the leasing office aren't enforcing basic rules of coexistence especially important when you have an enclosed living space. I haven't been able to get a good night's sleep in I don't know how long because my neighbor decides all of us like to listen to the weird noise he listens to. I've told the office and what has happened: nothing. I will not be renewing my lease.

BIG SAFETY CONCERN!!! This apartment may look all nice by day but after 6pm when the office closes. The homeless people is roaming the places. The management no longer lock the entrance door after 6pm. Homeless people can go in the gym, the lounge and most of the place in the apartment. A lot of residents have spoke up but looks like nothing has been done. Parents should think carefully before putting your kids here cause its not safe for them. And don’t bother the automatic reply on google review, they don’t care about review anyway

We loved the apartments when we moved in 2 years ago. Ever since they changed companies it has been a mess! We got our catalytic converter stolen out of our car which is unfortunate when apparently is a closed garage and gated. The gates are ALWAYS “broken” We used to have Amazon lockers and all the packages were stolen. The hallways are never cleaned. The garage is full of dirt! The management takes forever to fix something at the apartment. For what we paid is not even “LUXURY”.

Please consider this review before renting here. This has been the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. 1. Noise If you love noise this is the apartment for you. Construction for an apartment next door was NOT disclosed to me when I rented here. It started 1 month after I moved in and is still going. Orchestra of beeping and other construction noises can be easily heard through closed windows and doors. Also, have gotten nails and screws in my tires and the cost of changing out my tires is getting ridiculous! 2. Management Very hard to reach the management office for any questions. 80% of the time they are out giving tours and they close the office when they do. They also never reply to emails. The emergency number is the office number, so good luck reaching anyone if you have an emergency. 3. Garage The garage door has been broken at least 7 times over the past year I lived there. The gate was broken and was left opened for anyone. If you have a nice car, wish you luck. The garage also gets very full at night. So good luck if you want closer parking to the elevators. 4. Guest Parking They tow guests that aren’t registered under you as visitors. To register you have to fill out a super long form every single time you have a visitor. Very annoying process. You also can’t have more than 2 visitors. And they can’t stay more than 2 nights in a row. 5. Amenities Some amenities are nice, but doesn’t make up for the other downsides of this apartment. Lobby closes at 10pm and the “coffee bar” is only open when the main office is open. The gym is nice but is often out of wipes for wiping equipment. 6. Package delivery I’ve been lucky and have not had my packages stolen when they had package lockers. However, they recently changed to Fetch and don’t use the lockers anymore. So now your packages deliver to a random warehouse and from there they deliver to your door at specific times only. Adds a half to full day extra for your package to arrive I will say the maintenance crew is very quick and friendly so that’s the one of the only good things going for this apartment. Originally moved here because of the nice reviews, but this place has severely gone downhill from where it started back in early 2022.

I just moved into this property and I can honestly say it’s been great experience so far. The apartment is nicely renovated and well maintained. The management staff are also very reliable and friendly. Hands down one of the best community you could ask for!. Claudia (Leasing Professional)is the best and other lovely staff they are outstanding and very helpful. On some instances Claudia went beyond and help us out. I really appreciate those efforts. In addition to the apartments being first rate as well as the appliances, the hallways are clean and modern. Repairs are done almost immediately and staff is extremely proactive in responding to requests. The amenities including the gym and pool are not only clean and well maintained but modern. You pay for what you get and at the Cue Galatyn I truly could not be more happier!
