I recently purchased a filter tank system from Crown Pools in Allen. Josh was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to make sure the purchase and installation process was done right. His dedication to Crown Pools and passion for helping his customers is unmatched in this area. I strongly recommend anyone in Allen to use Crown Pools and specifically ask for Josh when you visit.
Very knowledgeable pool store, free pool water check, and plenty of pool chemicals to get your pool water back balanced. They also have all your pool maintenance accessories and awesome customer service.
I had a pool that was impacted by the winter storm and been needing to replace it. I was lucky to come across Josh at the Allen location. He knew it was important for me to get a good replacement and was very patient with me and all of my questions. He was working alone and multitasking helping other customers, and me without skipping a beat and still managed to make the process seamless. After I purchased the pool, the contractor needed additional parts to complete the project and typically they won’t release the parts w/o payment first and Josh was willing to work around my schedule to help accommodate the contractor and my work schedule which was very much appreciated! I am happy w my purchase and would definitely recommend Josh to anyone looking to get a pool.
A+ recommendation for Crown Pools in Allen for an outstanding replaster job (check out the pics)!!! If customer service is important to you, then you should take this review to heart!!! I am NOT a pool expert so I needed a lot of "hand-holding" throughout the entire process; and Crown exceeded my very high expectations. They were extremely patient with me and my multitude of questions (many times focusing on the same subject over and over); and always made me feel like I was their #1 customer. Special shout out to some great folks: Talbot - managed the entire construction process and put up with my 1,000 questions with a great degree of respect and impeccable customer service. Talbot was ALWAYS in contact with me from start to finsh with text, email, phone calls, and personal visits to inspect how everything was progressing. Kyle - Manager of the Allen store who MADE ME FEEL LIKE AN ABSOLUTE SUPER HERO every time I walked in the door; and was instrumental on helping me balance my pool chemicals after refill to perfection (and thus saving me $$$). Poor Kyle probably put up with more questions from me than Talbot did and was always SUPER NICE and incredibly helpful. His entire staff in the Allen store is awesome!!!!!!!!! Chase - who did my propane pool / spa heater install and is a fantastic professional representative of Crown. He was the first person on the scene for my remodel job and was super polite, professional, and clearly set the stage for a wonderful customer service experience. Thank you to the entire Allen area Crown Team for my awesome new pool renovation and A+++ customer service experience!!!!
We purchased a 24' Round above ground pool. We love it. The experience around the purchase was excellent. Kyle, the manager, is very knowledgeable. Every question I posed he had a solid and clear answer. He didn't push upgrades on me. He explained the benefit and let me make the decision based on my needs. It is hard to find honest sales folks these days and Crown Pools is a place you can find them. I installed the pool myself over a weekend and on Sunday we found that 2 support pieces were missing from the sealed box. This was not a fault of Crown Pools as these pieces were missing from the factory. I contacted Kyle and he immediately started finding the parts at other stores and got them to me early the next morning. This helped save me money by not having to extend my equipment rental. Crown Pools really cares about their customers especially after the sale. If you are in the market for a new pool or need to maintain your current pool, I highly recommend Crown Pools in Allen, TX.
