Me,and my girlfriend was there on the 3rd,and we were helped by two of the best cricket employees that I have ever met. Mike,and Amy were so awesome they helped us with what we needed and were friendly,knowledgeable and very professional in they're assistance. I'll highly recommend this Store to anyone who wants to do business with kind respectful people. Thank you so much Mike,and Amy for all your help. God bless you both. 👍😎👍
Customer service sucks. I waited patiently in the store for my turn to get skipped over before the other associates said something. Then they said they would give me the refund on the $20 extra I was charged because they tried my card payment a day before it was due and then shut me off. Said they would give me a refund but they never offered to do so. He didn't even look my account up online. He just said I don't know what to tell you. I recommend any other carrier.
Great time even though I lost my last phone samer at the store made shopping for my new phone fun and easy he was great at setting up my new phone I also bought the wife a new phone and he save me over 500. And got better phone thanks again I love this store so hard to find good people on their job these days....

We traveled all the way from Harrison. Abe was able to provide us with amazing customer service. He helped transfer all information over to our new phone. He was very patient and informative on the current promotions and phones they had. I highly advice anyone to visit this location!
