I absolutely love it here! The location is great with easy access to BA Expressway, it’s quiet, the apartments are modern and clean, and maintenance requests are taken care of 2 days tops. Great place if you have a dog! They do well at communicating with residents. Little things were sub par like poor water pressure, washing machine made loud noises and my bathroom vent rarely worked but these weren’t hard to look past. I am currently in a 3 bedroom and would stay but my roommates are moving out and I can’t afford a 1 bedroom here on my own. I definitely recommend this place!

I have lived here since May 2021 with my husband and our experience has been nothing but delightful. I have never experienced loud noises in the middle of the night, it’s always been very quiet. I love the way that Creekside shows care in their landscaping and cleaning. They come around periodically to spray for bugs and swap out air filters, which I have always appreciated. You can tell that they care about the people who live here. My biggest concern I had about moving into an apartment was safety, and I can say that in all my time here I have never felt unsafe. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who wants clean, safe, and beautiful apartments!

Creekside genuinely fulfills it’s “luxury” apartment description, with all the community and apartment amenities to make this place “home.” Even 1-bedroom apartments are very spacious with all wood/vinyl flooring, remodeled kitchen cabinets and light fixtures, and private balconies. The community is secure, landscaping well groomed, fitness room well-equipped, and location ideally close to the freeway and on the border of Tulsa. No parking concerns, and we even have a car care station! Management has been very accommodating, responsive, and hospitable from the start. Definitely confident I chose the right place to call “home!”

I’ve been here for about 6 months now and I have to say I’m so pleased in picking these apartments, I just moved to broken arrow and was looking for a nice place and where I could have my animals and creek side was the only place that didn’t turn me down! The staff was really nice helping me getting into a unit really fast and easy. My dog loves the dog park and the dog spa plus the car wash is a amazing! I love that it is gated makes me feel really safe & a big plus I’ve seen is that they are lgbtq friendly which is really nice & appreciated!!! really recommend these apartments:))

Leasing Agent very friendly and knowledgeable. Property is well maintained may end up becoming a resident there. UPDATE: My husband and I ended up moving to this beautiful community from California. I must say I really enjoy the scenery here and love the layout of our unit. As previously stated the staff here are friendly and courteous. There were a few hiccups but they were taken care of. We hope to be residents here for awhile.
