Crazy wig & beauty

I only gave 1 star because I had to make this post. I believe in great customer service, this lady was assisting me, in the middle of helping she received a called and walked off. I walked out I will not recommend

Gross store. I went to the back where the braiding hair is and there were DEAD BUGS behind the hair. I wish I would’ve taken a picture but they were eyeing me. I then took a peak where they store the rest of the hair and it was filthy. This place was great but it is coming to a downfall. You would think a Southaven beauty supply store would do better. They also don’t have a good wig selection. If you need hair the day of I suggest going to another store. You don’t want these bugs to end up in your head 😞😞

Don't waste your money there buying a wig! I try to wig there it look good then they they sold me the wrong wig but it was a different wig when I got home and tried to bring it back they would not give my money back or exchange it they are scam artist the manager was really rude to me!!! My wig look like a conehead it was so small on my head when I got home I spent $129 on it and it was a real virgin wig I'm telling you please don't waste your money on it I'm trying to save you time and money

Horrible customer service!!!! Young girl gave me 2 different color hair and frontal. I understand we make mistakes. She was unapologetic and didn't care. Overpriced and terrible customer from young girl and the Asian guy. I will not be shopping here again.

The staff here are very rude and unprofessional. They seemed to avoid questions about their products and they weren't very knowledgeable about anything. It was clear that they just worked there. They had very dry and snobbish personalities. There are more beauty supply stores in the area. I would advise anyone who cares about customer service or just being treated with respect in general, to spend their money elsewhere. I wouldn't go back to this store to buy so much as an eyeliner pencil. I refuse to spend my hard earned money paying the salaries of a bunch of rude a**holes. I regret setting foot in this store. It takes a lot for me to complain. So, trust me, the customer service sucks 👎
