Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional administration staff. Louise & Stephanie, you did not listen to what the problem was - you assumed! I paid the co-pay. I am not asking you to write off my co-pay. What I am looking for is explanation on why do I have to pay even I have 2 insurance coverage and I asked why do I need an x-ray when it was only done September 2022. I hope the owner will recognize your unprofessionalism. Basic customer service etiquette - listen to what the problem is and work with the person to find resolution. Instead you shut me down and indicated you had this conversation with me and that I told you I am a single mother and have family struggles? That must be another patient you are referring to, and this shows your lack of compassion and breach of trust. Check out some emotional intelligence self help books and also work on your communication skills. You said you are it and I can not speak with another person as you are the Team Leader, then be a "Team Leader". Some customers only needed to be listened to. Not your loss - feel bad for the business owner if their front line staff is as disrespectful and inconsiderate as YOU. The admin staff also sent our personal information to the wrong address - forms including our personal information. I don't expect any response, only hope that someone else can learn from this experience. I was already told I could not speak with anyone else and she (Louise) is "THE" Team Leader. Will never recommend this place.
