I’ve been to craftys a few times and I’ve always enjoyed the food there, but this time we went the food was really hard to eat. The wings were so salty they were inedible, the seasonal vegetables in the photo had multiple vegetables but it came out with only broccolini, the schnitzel was dry. The staff were really accomodating and helped to fix our issues but I’m not sure if the owner had changed but the quality has dropped.

Really disappointing. Very little service, waited for food checked and was told there was a 40min wait and sorry but the food was average couple of pizzas and loaded fries took for ever. Won't be back.

Very accommodating. Always listening to their customers. My friend was not ok with margarita she tried so they made another one for free. They never get frustrated and priotisr the their clients needs. Special shout out to Heather

Great night out for state of origin. Had wonderful seating near the bar and Tvs. Lots of staff who were friendly and helpful. Only had drinks so can't comment about food.

Fantastic! My daughter is a regular, and she took me to lunch for Mothers Day. Kelly spoilt us rotten, which is usual according to my daughter. Thanks to everyone, I had a great day out. Margaritas 🍹 yum!!

We've been to Crafty's many times over the years and unfortunately the quality has dropped considerably over that time. Every recent visit has had issues - cold and underwhelming food, long wait times for drinks and surly staff are the norm. The prices are far too high to justify the consistently low standard and while the manager was open to feedback on our last visit, we won't return unless the food dramatically improves and the staff cheer up.

Great atmosphere for watching sport. We enjoyed an NBA game and some lunch. It wasn’t too busy or loud to enjoy the game.
