Very disappointed with my experience. Food was ordinary and drinks were overpriced. Not worth the uber ride. Sort it out!!!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was well below expectations — it arrived cold, lacked flavour, and appeared poorly prepared. Several items on the meal seemed as though they had been sitting for a long time before being served. Unfortunately, the service was just as disappointing. Staff were inattentive, slow to respond, and did not seem interested in addressing concerns when they were raised. Simple requests took an unreasonable amount of time, and overall customer service felt unfriendly and unprofessional. Given the quality of both the food and service, I do not feel the experience was worth the money spent. I would not recommend this restaurant and hope significant improvements are made in the future.

First time at this venue, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We waited more than 30 minutes for our drinks and it’s not even busy!!! The staff seemed completely uninterested in customer service and were more focused on chatting with each other behind the bar than attending to customers. Definitely not the level of service we expected.

Good food and beer

Good food at reasonable prices, and the beer on tap is consistently cold and enjoyable. The service is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is welcoming, making it a nice place to relax and catch up with friends. Overall, good value for money and worth a visit.

Felt like a VIP. Great experience. Already planning the next one

Unfortunately a poor experience. Crafty's feels like it's taken a step back in a few areas. No drinks menus were available, only QR code. Also not coasters, a small thing but you'd think a sports bar would have them. Food was poor. What's on the menu as 10pcs of wings was actually 5 uncut wings, so the drumstick, flat and tip are attached and up to you to pull apart. My partner got the double smash burger which came with the meat unseasoned and onion seemingly steamed, not fried - I'm sure they weren't steamed, they just weren't cooked well. It made it a soggy experience for her. My chicken burger was better, but still not great. Just passable. The chips were good for both of us. Multiple cocktails my partner ordered were missing ingredients so either couldn't be made or were substituted. All in all, especially considering the price, our recent experiences at Crafty's are a farcry from what we used to enjoy.

There really is not much to say here when I was here last year with my support worker they had a lot more to offer they greeted you they came to the table to take your order it was great. Now today all of of that is now gone no greeting no taking your order at the table you can either scan it from the table or if you are able bodied get up and order at the register. During at lunch they did not check on us or ask how our food was. My support worker had the chicken schnitzel and it was supposed to have gravey it did not order even a lemon slice. They settled on tomato sauce I spent a good amount of time trying to get a person's attention it did not happen. The staff seemed to not care about us and our table was the most visible in the whole damm restaurant. Restaurants like this have become a lazy arsed society where they do not care about service and customer care. It is just pathetic I am so disappointed

I would like to say thank you very much very well looked after thank you to all the staff. go to Crafty,s you won't be disappointed definitely come back one day

Staff were amazing! Food was amazing! However…. I had to wait over an hour for my food which was pretty annoying. Overall a nice place tho 😎

Great location for watching sport
