Went for lunch and sadly discovered they removed my husbands favorite dish which was the Tex mex chicken parmy. He ordered the normal chicken parmy and the half melted cheese was thicker than the schnitzel itself. The “ Napoli sauce “ had no taste no flavor whatsoever. Staff not not helpful or friendly. The double beef patty burger was delicious.
Waited an hour for the food to come out but it was only my partner food then had to wait another 15 minutes for mine to arrive, didn’t come with the sauce I asked or the gravy on the side, the half melted cheese was thicker then the schnitzel itself. Has been a bit of a local over the past few years, and hadn't been back for 6months. The place might be under new management, not too sure, but the staff have changed and not for the better. One young bar dude had a shit attitude and couldn't careless about it all. He left the drinks for you at the tap he poured them from, you had to get them yourself. Bit of drain when you've ordered a round of 7 beers. Food was on point and we spent $80-$100 each. We wont be back for another while.

As locals and regular guests, what a disappointing experience today. Waited close to 1 hour for our meals to arrive, then to have part of our order incorrect. One of the new waitresses previously worked with someone from our table, this waitress spoke to other staff about this person and made it obvious to the point of pointing to our table whilst chatting. Our service after this was appalling and rude. We will not be back anytime soon.
Not impressed it took 35-40mins for a burger and chips and it wasn’t that busy excessive prices for a very average burger. The Girl behind the bar was on her phone. It is quicker to go up to the bar to order drinks. Than order on the QR code.
Staff serving more interested in chatting than serving. Bartender can’t make a basic cocktail.

Great place, our first visit for the UFC event. The food was great and fast. I thought the bar staff could have been a lore more enthusiastic, didn't seem friendly really, and the main event volume could have been a little louder, but ultimately a great time and we look forward to returning soon!
Honestly, I expected a decent experience but left feeling a little disappointed. My parents and I came here specifically to watch the World Cup while enjoying a good meal, but unfortunately the food didn't quite meet our expectations. Our drinks—a Lemon Lime Bitters, a Heineken pint, and table water—were exactly as expected and reasonably priced. The food, however, was hit and miss. My father's rump steak was ordered medium but arrived well done, with an obvious burnt, charred flavour from the grill. The gravy was also far too runny. The chips were overcooked, dry, and hollow inside, breaking apart when picked up with a fork. My mother's grilled fish and chips was mediocre, with nothing particularly memorable. My Meat Lovers pizza had a great crust and base, but the toppings were either too heavy or slid off, making it difficult to eat. We finished with the waffle, served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. It was decent—the waffle was a little doughy but flavourful, and the ice cream was as expected. Fortunately, Crafty's service was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, apologising for any issues. The wait times were standard, with no complaints there. The atmosphere was one of the highlights, offering a lively sports bar vibe with a clean, organised setting and a comfortable noise level for watching live sport. Overall, we'd probably only return to give it another chance. I'd recommend Crafty's for drinks and watching live sports, but not for lunch based on this visit.
Food was good for a long time. Now its pretty bad. Not going to lie. The food was great and now I'm better off going to the local in pimpama that never disappoints.
