Came last night and was so disappointed! Food portions were tiny! Ordered ceaser salad and paid extra for chicken to get diced up half a chicken thigh! Husband ordered the burger to which it was a size of maccas cheeseburger. Terrible, we were once locals and won’t be visiting again. Overpriced!!

We came down to harbour town to do some Shopping and Came across Crafty’s We had the best spicy marg and the meals were amazing. The staff were friendly and professional And Steve was a very hands on manager on the floor and involved Definitely put this on your list to Try if your down the Gold Coast!

I’ve come to the Gold Coast for a short get away and stopped here for a quick lunch and made no mistake coming to crafty! I absolutely loved the food here and the atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back here with family

Really disappointed that what use to be a great local spot has turned into a lacklustre overpriced experience.

I have always loved eating at craftys but won’t be again. Was there with a friend last Tuesday. The first schnitzel they bought out was not what I ordered. They were very apologetic and noted there would be a wait but they would get the correct order for me. Next schnitzel was again the wrong one. By this point I was unable to get it fixed anyway as had plans and no time to wait longer for third time lucky. They have also changed their fries and seasoning and although this was done some time again I was hoping they would have changed back (as they previously had done so once before). Lastly, a waitress decided to spray the table next to us while we were eating and we got a large dose of chemical with our meal.

Such a disappointment. We’re locals and used to visit this place often, which makes it even more upsetting — not sure what happened. We placed our order and waited about 10 minutes just for drinks, only to be told one of them wasn’t available. A couple of times we were brought the wrong items. The food situation was even worse: we ordered grilled chicken with an extra side of pickles (paid an additional $9). After waiting 35–40 minutes, we were served the wrong dish again — and the chicken was deep-fried instead of grilled. Honestly, it felt almost like a joke. I think this was our last visit. Very disappointing.

Sarah our server was amazing and made the best drinks! I definitely recommend Crafty's as a good drinks and food spot at Harbour Town!!

It was all good, They accommodated our group of 50 really well.

Made a dinner booking for a group of 9 people, we were celebrating a birthday. Started to use the QR codes to order food and drinks, then it seemed the code stopped working at some point, so some members of our group had to order directly with the wait staff. Drinks started to be brought out, not too quickly. Food also did not come out in one go, there was a lot of time between each person's order, despite us ordering within a few minutes of each other. Some of us had finished eating , then started sharing their chips around because the rest of us had waited so long. The staff did bring out a complementary cheesy flatbread, and gave everyone the choice of a free drink for the long wait. It was noted by our group ordering the same cocktails/drinks, they were very inconsistent - the drinks came out quite different each time. After we had all eaten our mains, the staff brought out the birthday cake with the sparklers provided by us - this part was without issue. Overall, the situation was handled well by the staff, but still disappointing to wait about an hour for my food. The impression I get is there were many inconsistencies and the kitchen and bar were not keeping up.

Some of the best pizzas of I’ve ever tried. The flavours and great and the quality is up there. All the ingredients were fresh. The staff were very helpful and kind towards customers.

We go to Crafty’s every week for their Wednesday night trivia. We have formed a great relationship with the staff- particularly Sarah and feel welcome and looked after every time we visit.

Sarah served us and was an absolute delight to deal with, love Craftys always enjoyable

I had the chance to call into the oasis that is Craftys and was delighted to be welcomed so warmly by the lovely Sarah. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and that my needs were met without any fuss. Sarah’s smile lit up the room and nothing was too much trouble. The cocktails she mixed were to die for and I probably spent more time there than I needed to, but that is the sign of a great hospitality professional. Well done and I will definitely be back.
