Ordered 3 times and waited nearly 2 hours for a Mexi parmigiana. Incompetent and unapologetic manager. Usually very good service and great food but this time i won't coming back here in a hurry.

Tonight we got the BBQ platter. We received it, but it was missing a few items. After waiting a while for the food, we couldn’t be bothered asking for the extras. The brisket was cold and tasted like it had been microwaved from a packet. It doesn’t look anything like what’s shown on the menu. Not worth the $65 - though, to be fair, the fries are pretty good.

Only 2 floor staff on a sunday night of a long weekend. Waited over 20 minutes just for drinks to come out. Terrible service

We just wanted to say a big thank you for being so accommodating for our daughter's 21st last night. She had a great time and everyone said how good it was there and the food was amazing.

Had a fun Wednesday night at Crafty's .
The staff are lovely especially Kayleigh !
She's super on to it and full of smiles .
Food and cocktails also yummy .
We weren't a part of the trivia .. but wish we were .
